  • No lock-in contracts. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription anytime with enough notice before your next delivery date.

  • Absolutely. Floral subscriptions make beautiful gifts for birthdays, new homes, thank you gestures or simply “just because.”

    You can choose the duration and include a personalised note at checkout.

  • No — and that’s intentional. We design with the seasons, meaning your flowers will evolve naturally throughout the year depending on what’s blooming beautifully at the time.

  • Your first delivery can include an optional reusable vessel. Future deliveries are designed as refills to fit your vessel where possible, helping reduce waste.

  • Yes. Simply get in touch before your next billing cycle and we can pause or reschedule your deliveries.

  • We currently deliver across select Sydney metro areas.

  • If it’s safe to do so, flowers will be left in a shaded secure location. If we believe the flowers may be damaged by weather or unsafe conditions, we’ll contact the recipient directly

  • A few simple steps make all the difference:

    • Change the water every 1–2 days

    • Keep flowers away from direct sun and heat

    • Trim stems on an angle every few days

    • Remove any foliage below the water line

    Seasonal flowers naturally vary in vase life, but most arrangements will last around 5–10 days with proper care.
