Anabel Céramique is the ceramic practice of Annabelle, a French designer and ceramicist creating here in Sydney.

With a Master's degree spanning interior, product and graphic design, Annabelle brings a distinctly design-led eye to clay. Her work focuses on clean, graphic forms, balance and restrained compositions. Pieces that feel considered without feeling precious.

What drew us to her work was its quiet confidence. There is restraint in the forms, but they're not without personality. Her background in interiors, products and graphics is there if you know to look for it — in proportion, line, negative space and the way each piece seems to know exactly how much it needs to say.
