Returns & Cancellations

At Wyldwood Collective, we work with fresh, seasonal and perishable products. Due to the nature of flowers and botanical materials, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Fresh Flowers & Perishable Products

Flowers are natural, seasonal products and variations in colour, shape, size and bloom stage may occur. These variations are considered part of the natural beauty and character of seasonal floristry and are not considered faults.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address details supplied at checkout

  • Delayed acceptance of delivery by recipient

  • Preference changes after fulfilment has commenced

  • Natural variation in seasonal flowers and foliage

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

We will assess each matter individually and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, may offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Order Changes

We will do our best to accommodate order changes where possible; however, changes or cancellations may not be available once preparation has begun.

Event & Wedding Bookings

All event and wedding bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and booking.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

Event Cancellations

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur additional charges where flowers, materials or labour have already been committed.

  • Any refunds outside of the non-refundable deposit portion are at the discretion of Wyldwood Collective and subject to costs already incurred.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at checkout. Wyldwood Collective is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Recipient unavailable at unattended premises

  • Restricted building access

  • Incorrect contact information supplied by the customer

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery requests.
