Introducing Our Creative Consignment Program
At Wyldwood Collective, we believe creativity thrives in community.
As our space continues to evolve, we’re excited to launch something very close to our hearts: a consignment program designed to support local artists, independent makers, and small creative businesses in Sydney.
This initiative isn’t just about filling shelves. It’s about building a space where artistry, sustainability, and genuine connection come together — a boutique-style retail hub where customers can discover handmade goods, one-of-a-kind pieces, and the incredible talent living right here in our community.
Why We’re Opening Our Doors to Local Makers
Sydney is home to an incredible creative scene, yet so many artists struggle to find accessible, supportive retail opportunities. Traditional stockist agreements can be expensive, restrictive, or out of reach for emerging talent.
At Wyldwood Collective, we wanted to create a model that removes barriers and uplifts small creators, not one that adds pressure.
Our consignment program is built around three core values:
1. Community Over Competition
We want Wyldwood to feel like a creative home base — a place where makers feel seen, supported, and genuinely championed. By showcasing local artists, we help customers shop more consciously and connect directly with the people behind each piece.
2. Low-Risk, High-Visibility Retail
There are no membership fees, no shelf rentals, no rosters, and no obligations.
You create — we take care of the retail experience.
For makers, it’s a zero-risk way to grow your brand, test new products, and reach a wider audience.
3. A Values-Led Boutique Environment
We focus on sustainability, slow-made goods, and thoughtful design.
If your work reflects intention, craftsmanship, and creativity, it belongs here.
What We’re Looking For
Our retail space is curated, warm, and layered with florals, homewares, and handcrafted treasures. We're especially interested in creators working with:
Handmade ceramics and vessels
Candles & incense (soy, beeswax, botanical blends)
Small-batch eco-friendly products
Botanical or nature-inspired art
Greeting cards, prints & stationery
Sculptural objects, textiles, and handmade décor
Jewellery crafted from natural or sustainable materials
If it’s made with heart — and aligns with slow, conscious retail — we want to see it.
How The Consignment Program Works
We aim to make the process simple, transparent, and supportive.
Commission Structure
Creators receive 60–70% of the sale price, depending on category.
Wyldwood retains a small percentage to cover:
Retail space
Customer service
Payment fees
Styling & photography
Social media promotion
This allows us to keep the program accessible while still giving your work a professional retail platform.
Stock Rotation
A 3-month cycle keeps the space fresh and gives each maker time to shine.
It also allows us to feature seasonal collections, new artists, and limited-edition runs. Of course you’re also welcome to stay for as long or as little as you like
Monthly Payments & Sales Reports
We send out monthly sales summaries alongside your payment.
You always remain in control of your stock — nothing is purchased outright unless agreed.
How We Support Our Creators
When you join Wyldwood Collective, you’re not just dropping off stock — you’re joining a creative ecosystem.
We promote our makers through:
Dedicated “Maker Spotlight” features on Instagram
Styled photography using our florals & retail displays
In-store storytelling via tags and signage
Optional pop-ups or meet-the-maker days
Our goal is simple:
Amplify your work and help it reach the people who will treasure it most.
